Raw Matcha is an Australian online retailer selling ceremonial grade matcha and related products. Our website is rawmatcha.com.au.

Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout via Shopify's payment gateway. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping

We ship Australia-wide and internationally to selected countries. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Raw Matcha is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, courier services, or customs processes. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch.

Free standard shipping is available on Australian orders over $100 AUD. Free local delivery is available in the Newcastle region on orders over $80 AUD.

Returns and Refunds

Subscriptions

By purchasing a subscription product, you authorise Raw Matcha to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency selected at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date via your customer account or by contacting us directly. Cancellations requested after a charge has been processed may not be eligible for a refund if the order has already been dispatched.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Raw Matcha and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
