Refund Policy

We want you to love your matcha. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Change of mind Because our products are consumable, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases. We encourage you to start with our 30g tin if you're trying Raw Matcha for the first time.

Damaged or faulty products If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with your product, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it. Send us a photo and a brief description of the issue via our Contact page and we'll organise a replacement or refund promptly — no hassle.

Incorrect orders If we've sent you the wrong product, contact us within 7 days and we'll sort it out immediately at no cost to you.

Subscriptions Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. If you've been charged for an order you no longer want, contact us within 24 hours of the charge and we'll do our best to cancel it before it ships.
