Subscription Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Raw Matcha subscription at any time — no lock-in, no drama.

How to cancel Log into your account at rawmatcha.com.au and manage your subscription from your account dashboard. Alternatively, contact us directly via our Contact page or Instagram @rawmatcha_ and we'll cancel it for you promptly.

When to cancel To avoid being charged for your next delivery, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. You can find your next billing date in your account dashboard.

Already been charged? If you've been charged and your order hasn't yet been dispatched, contact us within 24 hours and we'll do our best to cancel and refund it. Once an order has been dispatched we're unable to offer a refund on that delivery, but we'll cancel all future charges immediately.

Skipping a delivery Not ready for your next bag? You can skip a delivery instead of cancelling — just log into your account and select Skip next order before your next billing date.
