We want your matcha to arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.


Australia-Wide Shipping

We ship to all Australian states and territories via Australia Post.

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free standard shipping is available on all Australian orders over $100 AUD.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • NSW — 2 to 5 business days
  • VIC, QLD, SA, ACT — 3 to 7 business days
  • WA, TAS, NT — 5 to 10 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods such as Christmas, Easter, and public holidays.


Free Newcastle Delivery

We offer free local delivery to the Newcastle region on orders over $80 AUD. Local delivery is typically completed within 1 to 3 business days.


Express Shipping

Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost. Express delivery timeframes vary by location but are typically 1 to 3 business days for most metropolitan areas.


International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected countries. International shipping rates and timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. Raw Matcha is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Tracking Your Order

All orders are sent with tracking. Your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. You can track your order via the Australia Post website at auspost.com.au.


Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 7 days of receiving it via our Contact page. We will organise a replacement or refund promptly.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If your order appears lost, contact us and we will investigate with Australia Post on your behalf.

Raw Matcha is not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen after successful delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately via our Contact page. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

Raw Matcha is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
