Our Ceremonial Matcha is first harvest, single origin, and sourced from a small family run farm in Uji, Japan — the birthplace of Japanese matcha culture and still the gold standard for quality worldwide.
Expect a vivid green colour, a silky smooth texture, and a flavour that's naturally sweet and umami-rich with gentle hints of cherry. No bitterness. No additives. Just pure, stone-ground ceremonial grade matcha at its finest.
Shade grown and hand picked to preserve its vibrant potency. Stone ground on traditional granite mills for a silky, lump-free powder. First harvest (ichibancha) — the youngest, most nutrient-dense leaves of the year. 100% pure green tea leaves, nothing added.

HOW TO PREPARE
Sift 1–2g (half to one teaspoon) into a bowl or wide cup. Add 75ml of hot water at 80°C — not boiling. Whisk in a quick back-and-forth motion until smooth and frothy. Enjoy straight, or top with your favourite milk. Coconut milk is Soph's pick.
